Logbook loans, also known as short term loans are not the same as any other loan.

You will not be required to have a credit check, which is why you will be accepted if you have bad credit.

This also applies if you have a CCJ or have filed for bankruptcy…..

Providing you are a UK resident, are over 18 and own your vehicle you will be considered for a logbook loan as your vehicle is the security. You may find some lenders who will be accept you having a small finance left to pay back but wont accept if you have a lot to pay back.
